Terry brings four decades of design and training experience from various roles. His journey includes shaping the digital design landscape through teaching and developing curriculum at Canadian Colleges. He’s not just an educator; Terry also excels in the practical realm, founding multiple businesses and contributing with other inventors on two patents in the augmented reality space.

Currently, Terry leads Intertek Catalyst from their Waterloo, Ontario "Idealab" studio. His team of 40 professionals focuses on delivering world-class employee communications and training with a focus on loss prevention and safety. They serve prominent North American clients like The Home Depot, Whole Foods Market, Quantix Logistics, Ahold Delhaize, and Macy's. Terry's expertise and leadership continue to shape the design and communication fields.
